Patrick co-founded EIS in 1999 and has been involved with IT solutions delivery to the government since 1985. He served as Vice President with Federal Data Corporation running a $100 million business unit focused on partner-centric value-added product delivery. Prior experience came as a Vice President, leading the sales efforts and technical delivery at Bohdan Associates from 1985 – 1994.
